:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Could you explain this? I find it a bit contradictive

Seriously speaking, congratulations to Rafael Nadal, he showed he's still got an advantage over everyone else on my favourite surface ;) - two long hard fought matches = two wins against world n.1 and future world n.1

lol. yeah that was a little confusing  . i was just really excited that rafa beat joke.

my favorite surface is clay too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Maybe it is just my opinion, but I think Federer has a bit of mental weakness when he is playing against Rafa on clay. Although he finally won one match against him on clay last year in Hamburg, Federer seems to be much more nervous when playing against Rafa.

But it is also clear that you mustn't give Nadal a bit of a chance, otherwise you will get destroyed.

Nadal really is something else on clay, although I think things would have been different if Federer had made that volley on the set point at 5-1 in the first. After that Nadal got into it while Federer became more passive and the match became a bit like an anaconda suffocating the life out of the prey. Nadal's confidence and belief on clay is so high that he doesn't feel that he's ever beaten, while Federer has to have doubts about whether a lead is ever safe against Nadal on clay after losing the first set in Hamburg and the second in Monte Carlo after being up a double break in both. Both Djokovic and Federer were successful against Nadal by being aggressive and going to the net, using angles, trying to get Nadal out wide and also hitting great shots but they couldn't sustain it and to an extent tried to hit through Nadal, which works on hardcourts and indoors but not on clay. Nice curtain raiser for Roland Garros.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

Novak Djokovic at the Eurovision Song Contest: .

Personally, I was upset that the Irish turkey lost: . I think Novak & Dustin should do a duet.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

That was quite a tough match for Djokovic. It seemed like Novak was a bit nervous in his first match, but also Gremelmayr played really well.

This a bit out of nowhere, but I feel very fortunate to watch (even if it is on TV) the last match of a true champion and the MASTER of clay :1st:

His effort into playing that match, his smile and his passion for tennis are timeless.

Talking about great players stopped by injuries....

today I watched Coria play and was impressed... especially the first two sets were n1 class. Considered that this is his first serious tournament after a long time, it's a pity he didn't win... I like Robredo too but after seeing Coria play and fight like that, despite all the hard times he's had.... well I admired him a lot

Easy win for Fed, even if I haven't seen the match yet (I was at university so I recorded it)

Good bye Guga. French audience will never forget the heart you drew on the court.

The weather previsions in Paris are very bad at least until next Sunday. At least...
It's too much for me : I'm in RG for the first seven days, without Daniela, without Jo, and without sunshine. :(

Fan de Daniela en toutes circonstances.

Another interesting day in RG.

Nalbandian and Blake lost. Easy win by Rafa and also by Roger after losing the first set.
They get better and better - as usual.

David was injured, hopefully he plays Wimbledon. But credits to his opponent who played really well in the end.
