The 7 'best' sides from the around the world verge on Japan to contest the FIFA Club World Cup over the next couple of weeks. Six of the seven sides in the competition won through to the tournament by winning their continents top domestic honour with one other side from the asia/pacific zone making up the 7. Below are the seven sides that will playing to be crowned the best team, in the world.

Certainly didnt expect that end to the game. When Gamba scored it was like United thought I dont think so, scoring 3 in 4 minutes, then after that thought, that should do and couldnt be bothered to defend. I must admit i know nothing of Liga De Quito of Ecuador and Im pretty sure United dont know much more either but if we can get our act together in defence and score so effortlessly we should be world champions

Barcelona are World Club Champions after beating Estudiantes 2-1. It's Barcelona's SIXTH trophy of 2009.
