Looks good for Daniela. Nearly no points to defend. Will be hard for Chakvetadze to defend all the points with the current form.

players cant defend their points from san diego,as isnt in the calendar.

she is clinging onto that spot. Luckily Schnyder will soon lose a lot of points from 2007 San Diego, so I don't see anybody passing Daniela before US Open and thus Daniela getting the important 12th seeding instead of 13th.

why, you think the 1-4 seeds are easier than the 5-8 (if we look to R16)? Though, right now it is too soon to tell who will be seeded what at the top. The Olympics can throw a lot of things around. Yes, right now the Williams sisters are in the 5-8 and she doesn't have a good record against them, but they can have some bad off-days (e.g. French Open)
But anyway they all have to get that far.

She have better chances vs Kuznetsova and Ivanovic.
She already beat her , and in two other matches she was a set and a break up (but i don't gonna start about that again :roll: ) She only forgot to finish it

She owns Kuznetsova the last two years, she beat her at the big moments, Final and semi final in a Tier I event, victory at the masters.

But vs the Williams sisters she only won one match and lost 3 close ones, the other 12times she lost hard.
