Running is my movement meditation.
Of course, it was once an integral part of my first career as a stand-alone unit. I really don't miss sprints on the court or interval training in the sand, but I also miss such training when you don't have to go because you want them best. Good music to do, ideal in the woods or by the river and I'm already in my world. In a world where I am with myself, I have time to think about life, prepare new scenarios or interviews. Invent new recipes for cooking, I just feel that in that hour or two during the run I will solve all the problems of the world and mine too
(Yes-I also have problems like everyone here:) ... that thanks to the run you keep up even in super fitness and health there is an extra bonus, for me it's mainly about Tom's inner world that I have around me every time I run
