in ES Player there are usually only the singles matches. From time to time your get to see a doubles match, but that's just luck.

Nice break back to get back on serve in the second, just have to hold serve.

Edit: I shouldn't have said the second bit, broken, bah.

Good break back.

And hold.

A break there would have been nice as Daniela & Agnieszka would be serving for the match. A nice hold from 0-30, winning the next 4 points.

Come on Daniela, remember what you did to Errani in Pattaya.
:wav: :wav: :wav: :wav: :wav: :wav: Daniela & Agnieszka win the tiebreak 7-3 to go into the semi-final.

Terrific win - she's done well in doubles to make up for the disappointing first round loss.

Hantuchova was glad that her first time at Flushing Meadows managed to pass between the elite quartet deblové. "I am glad that I finally broke the U.S. Open and a curse after a series of unsuccessful results in doubles, I managed to get to the semifinals. The Aga we played super, We are well on the court complement. Erraniová winery are uncomfortable with a rival obranárky known that many runs. It was important that we played aggressively throughout the match and we pushed them. Reference is bringing us the volley, the network, we exceeded them," said Hantuchova for TASR.

For zverenku coach Matthias Lipták is the semifinals doubles patch for missed appearances in singles, which unexpectedly ended already in the first Cycling in France Pauline Parmentierovej rocket. "Age is not me in the singles came out and I am glad that we have thus corrected the impression. the semifinals doubles is a very nice result. With rising food taste and it would be great if we won two more matches , lead Grand Slam doubles title at me in my collection still missing. But that will be difficult. Raymond Huber is a former world number one, have more experience than we deblových and precious trophies. but certainly try to fight for a surprise. We have not seen them play together yet . But if we succeed, we must play an active and galvanize them," said Slovak.

Hantuchova and the entire tennis community in the U.S. Open venue hitting report on Wednesday's air tragedy hockey locomotive Yaroslavl, who died in the Slovak national team captain Pavol Demitra. "It's a great tragedy, it's hard to even describe in words. Just a few seconds, and life can change completely . Palo Demitra was a fantastic hockey player and a great man who did for our country very much, brilliantly represented Slovakia. For his family it is horrible. When we learned about the plane crash with hockey players, it was a shock for everyone. I talked about the tragedy of Russian tennis team, several of them had on board any known aircraft."

A couple of links for the match:

0-2, Daniela got broken in the first game then Huber held.
1-2, Agnieszka holds.
1-3, Raymond holds, Daniela & Agnieszka came back from 40-0 to deuce but Raymond held.
1-4, Daniela broken to 0.
1-5, Huber holds. Huber & Raymond are putting away so many volleys.
2-5, Agnieszka holds to 30.
2-6, Raymond serves out to 30.

0-1, Agnieszka broken to 30.
1-1, Daniela and Agnieszka hit some great winners to break Huber.
1-2, Daniela broken to 30.
2-2, Raymond broken to 15.
2-3, Agnieszka broken to deuce.
3-3, Daniela & Agnieszka come from 40-15 down to break Huber.
4-3, Daniela holds to 15.
4-4.
4-5, Agnieszka broken to 15.
4-6, Huber serves out to 15.

This is disappointing as it would have been fantastic for Daniela and Agnieszka to get in the final and win it and would have made up for the singles but Huber and Raymond played very well and their net play was smothering and they won so many points there. Still, this is the first time Daniela's been past the third round here and she got to the semis and it re-establishes Daniela and Agnieszka as one of the top teams and it's another good run on hardcourt for them.

Agnieska was really poor today. It's a shame that whenever I watch this team, one player is misfiring badly. If they ever to click in unison, then watch out!

Sucks they lost but Daniela best GS doubles results are now:

Australian Open RU 2009
French Open RU 2006
Wimbledon QF 2005
US Open SF 2011

That's pretty good IMO.

Hantuchova admitted defeat after the semifinals that Huber has been with Raymond on the court better toys. "Rival played fantastically. Especially in the First Set not let us any good, and great served returnovali and had the upper hand and on the network, which made good use of its rich experience deblové. They confirmed that it happened in the past world leaders. In the second act we tried, but had the upper hand in the terminal with Liezel, Lisa. Each fifitín we really nadreli with Aga and we had to play a cool blow to the exchange ended in our favor. rival played superbly well from the baseline, and almost everything could go back," said Hantuchova.

Despite the semi-final defeat this year expressed his appearing with Hantuchova in doubles at the U.S. Open satisfaction. "Prývkrát I managed to pass in New York in the semifinal, which is definitely a nice success. On the way to the best quartet deblové we overcame several quality couples, whether they were Chinese women Jie Zheng Peng Šuaj the Italians or the Erraniová Vinciovou. the semifinals for us patch for missed appearances in singles, where we both said goodbye to the tournament very soon," said Hantuchova, who will fly from New York for the tournament in Quebec in Canada. Then he returned to Slovakia and events Asian lines pass only tournament in Beijing. "In Seoul or Tokyo will not start," Hantuchova ended.

So Daniela will play Quebec. But not going to Japan presumably cos of radiation/earthquake worries.
