A good win in the doubles to get through a tough match. Mirza & Vesnina are a good team but Daniela & Agnieszka beat them in Miami. It takes more than dodgy pasta to stop Daniela & Agnieszka. I remember that Marat Safin said the restaurants at Wimbledon were terrible compared to Moscow so he's probably on to something.

Pironkova's won as many matches at Wimbledon the last two years as she has in all the tournaments in between.

Great win for Dominika but it means that she replaces Daniela as Slovak no. 1 so from a Danielacentric world view: bah.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

Days don't get much better than this, Daniela and Agnieszka win, Dominika knocks out Wozniacki and both the Williams' are on the plane home. At least they'll have each for company! :P

Azarenka beat Petrova fairly easily and she's got Paszek next then it's either Kvitova or Pironkova in the semi. The draw has really opened up and if Daniela had beaten Azarenka she had such a good chance to go very deep in this tournament and that keeps the disappointment and frustration lingering.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

think you can't say that if daniela had beaten azarenka that she would have maybe beaten petrova or some others...
sure the draw on the paper has opened up but if daniela had an advantage of this... can't think about such things

That match between Nadal and Del Potro was of insane quality. Wasted on the 4th round.

Daniela and Agnieszka are live now on the BBC red button. They've been moved to Centre Court, and the crowds are making their way back in. Should be a good one.
