I'm so nervous about this match...

Govortsova is an up and coming player, she's plays a bit like Azarenka her compatriot. 2-2

Heart attack tennis 2-3 3-3 then broken again 3-4 then Daniela breaks back 4-4

FFS HOLD DANIELA!

Well done! It could have been much more easier! Bammer - Yickmayer is 1-1 (67 61). Bammer will choke it away. Daniela can easily win over Yanina.

It's a good win in the end for Daniela although she could and probably should have won more easily than she did. A straight sets win in a slam is good.
All the delays would have been a distraction and having to play on an outside court wouldn't have helped Daniela but she got the job done.
A wee bit of a worry is the BP conversion rate as she was only 6/17 while Govortsova was 4/5.

"Certainly it was súperka completely different caliber than in the first round in recent months had Govorcovová good form. It was a very tough match and that made us play terribly small court, like training. Sometimes I hear the answer back to contact the network administration of secondary end of the court, I felt a little cramped and not a Grand Slam tournament. That's why I myself sometimes have to rouse again. In this my very present help Slovak fans. In such circumstances it is easier to return, so it was important to maintain the service. Fortunately , me finally managed to take súperke administration, whenever I had it my. Both like playing aggressive tennis. In moments I was a little wiser in the choice of shots," said Hantuchova.
@ google translation.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

Daniela's difficulties converting breakpoints is worrying it itself, but what makes it even more worrying is how easily she allows herself to broken. She gets away with it against the likes of Govortsova, but a Top 20 player like Wickmayer is going to be a different story. She still tightens up so badly on breakpoints, after all these years and all the experience.
