This is a seriously weak field, so Daniela definately has a decent shot at a good result next week. Of course there is Radwanska, Cirstea and Wickmayer, but all three are beatable, and Wickmayer may well still be suffereing from a US Open 'hangover' come Monday. Its a decent chance of another title for Daniela in my oppinion (certainly if she plays as she did during the US Open Series).

Yes. This is a crazy weak field. As long as Daniela isn't too distressed over her execution at the hands of Serena then i'd expect her to go pretty deep.

Presuming that the seedings will be based on this weeks ranking's Daniela will be seeded 2nd behind Stosur, so this really is a great opportunity to go deep in a tournament.

Hey everyone, I'm back seeing as the forum finally works for me.

A good US Open but lets hope Daniela can edge towards top 15 by the end of the season.

In fact , the field is quite weak . I really hope that Daniela can do a great tournament here to enter top20 :)

What about Agnieszka?

Its Urszula (the younger sister) that has entered, not Agnieszka.

The field isn't particularly strong so Daniela should do well here. She can beat anyone there although a few of the players here have beaten her and there are a few more who've given her tough matches or have had decent recent results. As long as Daniela plays well, she should have a good tournament but we'll see what happens.
