Wow what a marathon first set. Great that Daniela won it; she has a real chance of winning now and reaching the quarter-finals. I just hope she doesn't switch off now like she did against Bondarenko. If she can do this in two it would be a great win, particularly since she was beaten 6-1 6-0 by Zvonareva in Moscow last year.
Venus and Flavia also played a first set tie-break, but they are already at *2-3 in the second set. Just shows how long that first set was between Daniela and Vera.
