I hope Andrew is recording again (martin, is it possible for you to confirm this?). Always ES2, but I guess it is better than not being aired. 12 is good for me - purely selfish reasons, - I'll be at work from 2 p.m. so I might be able to follow this to the end.

@ blue dragon, don't know about the voices, are you sure they are not inside you head  what do they say??

Mauresmo crushed Errani 6-2 6-0
was that the same Sara Errani who bagled Daniela in Brisbane? :? I cannot believe it...

And its the same Errani who beat Mauresmo in straight sets on the weekend in Fed Cup competition.

In the past two matches between Daniela and Cornet, Daniela started better and was controlling the match but Cornet hung around, Daniela didn't take the chances to finish Cornet off while Cornet took her chances to get back in the match. It's going to be important that Daniela sustains her level throughout the match, takes her chances and stays focussed and regroups quickly if there are any momentum shifts.
If Daniela plays like she did against Makarova she's got a great chance, but Cornet will be resilient and have confidence she can comeback against Daniela. This would be Daniela's first top 20 win since last January so it would be an important barrier to break through.

Thanks for the match video.

Thanks so much for the video Christina, and Martin for those links. Highly appreciated. Everyone was right, Daniela was playing well. Hope she can keep it up against Cornet.

On a side note, I wish they would change the color of the courts; it's quite hard following where the ball is going, especially as the ball seems to be flying quite fast.

Daniela is playing so well. Up a break 3-0. Has won 12 of 13 points by playing and serving well. Hopefully she can keep it up

6-1 in 24 minutes
lost only 1 point in own serve, won 73 percent of all points in first set. Very impressive.

It follows the same pattern with the AO match,
Daniela wins the first, Alize wins the second...

why couldn't she hold serve and win in ss. I have to go to work soon and won't be able to follow the ending. So frustrating.

Daniela has broken straight back after going down an early break in the third set; 2-1*.
The two matches that Alize has won against Daniela she has come from a set down. I hope history isn't going to repeat itself.
