Finally a thumping win! I dont care if Lisicki was rubbish or not, Daniela kept to her guns and didnt, by the looks of the scoreline anyway, give lisicki a look in like she has done in so many other matches. Cirstea will be a lot tougher and but if Daniela can take her chances and keep her errors down, she can win this one

Hey ! Right now there is a free live-stream on the Official Tournament site !
They are showing the Dulko - Dementieva match which is held at the center court.
I hope they will keep on the live stream until the end of the tournament...

There was sound at the beginning of the match but it was lost
in the middle of the first set, due to some technical problem i suppose...
Btw, there is also a small delay ( about 20 sec.), i figured it out
when i was watching the scoreboard...

but the stream is abot 2 seconds delayed

Hantuchova among losers at Luxembourg

LUXEMBOURG, Oct. 22 (UPI) -- Defending champion (?) Daniela Hantuchova was among Wednesday's second-round losers at the $225,000 Luxembourg Championships.
The native of Poprad, Slovakia, the tournament's third seed, was beaten 6-0, 6-2, by unseeded German Sabine Lisicki.
Second-seeded Anna Chakvetadze of Russia lost 6-2, 6-4 in her match against Czech Iveta Benesova.
Elsewhere, former world No. 1 Amelie Mauresmo, the fifth seed, outlasted Germany's Stephanie Gehrlein 6-2, 3-6, 6-0; fourth-seeded Dane Caroline Wozniacki topped China's Peng Shuai 6-4, 6-4; No. 6 seed Li Na of China beat Ukrainian Mariya Koryttseva 7-6 (8-6), 6-3; Romanian Sorana Cirstea downed Italy's Sara Errani 6-4, 6-2; seventh-seeded Anabel Medina Garrigues pasted fellow Spaniard Virginia Ruano Pascual 6-2, 6-1; and Germany's Anna-Lena Groenefeld topped Belgian Yanina Wickmayer 7-5, 6-4.
Thursday's quarterfinal matches are top seeded Elena Dementieva-Gisela Dulko; Mauresmo-Groenefeld; Na-Benesova; and Cirstea-Hantuchova.

The eventual champion will claim a $35,000 winner's check on Sunday
