Daniela's playing doubles with Simona Halep in Miami which is a pleasant surprise as I assumed Daniela would skip Miami completely as she's not involved in singles. The only previous time I can remember that she's played only doubles at a tournament was Toronto in 2013. Whatever else you can say, good players want Daniela as their doubles partner. Daniela's still going to be around until Saturday at least as she's not on the order of play for tomorrow. Suarez Navarro & Errani both have singles matches tomorrow so that's probably causing the delay. Hlavackova/Hradecka won yesterday so they've got a few days to chill although Hradecka's got a singles match tomorrow. |
