A real shame that Daniela has had to cut her season short.

This year apart from Pattaya has sucked...but at least we had that one amazing week.

Daniela needs an ultra amazing start to next year so maybe is a good thing that she takes 3 months to recover train and start setting up her future after tennis.

I'm pretty sure bar some miracle that next year will be her last on tour so I hope that she will enjoy it and may it be the best year of her career

It's not worth playing if Daniela's playing injured and in pain. It's a lot better to rest and recover and be ready for 2016. I suppose that the IPTL will give some indication of her form and fitness. I think Daniela's going to give everything to get into the Olympics but I don't know how much more she has left in singles. I still think that she can do well in doubles if she gets a good partner but she has to stick with someone for more than a few tournaments to build a partnership and doubles may be her best chance of getting into the Olympics.

Hingis is winning every week with Mirza and not even a thank you heads Dani's way. Yuckeroonie.

Hingis hangs out with dubious sorts, Alex:

You know, if I see that Beijing result one more time, I might actually learn how to spell Lara's last name!! ;)
