I think that de Jager's going to be on tour with Daniela, as Rodriquez isn't going to go on tour. I've not heard anything about Carlos Rodriguez NOT working with Daniela in Dubai.

Yeah you're right. According to twitter,Dani said both will be supporting her next year, however that works.

Did some checking as to why Caro left the match, figuring it had to be injury or illness. According to Sport 360.com, she was pulled because Daniela was dominating her totally and her team had to win to have a chance to play tonight for the IPTL title. That's incredibly great if it's true. Can anyone confirm this?

I'm putting today's performance down to partying the night before. Let's move on.

Alex,Caro withdrew because Daniela was completely owning her,if you get the chance, watch it on Youtube. It's glorious!

I'll make a point of it, Benji. It's not saying that much, but that may well be Daniela's best moment of 2014. And it creates hope and joy!

The morning after the night before. It would have been great for Daniela to have ended on a high but it wasn't to be. It's not as if anyone else on Singapore was great either: Berdych lost to Kohlschreiber today after beating Djokovic yesterday while no one was able to do much in doubles.

Oh god, no, injury is the worst thing that could happen to her career at the moment.

And she seems to have been playing much better these last few matches.

SAY IT ISN'T SO!!

Watched the Singapore-Manila match on Youtube. She went for a smash in the mixed doubles, and something obviously went,as she immediately called for the trainer. Her singles match was put back,so she could have off-court treatment. She played the match to its conclusion, just rolling the serves in. Hopefully it's nothing too bad. :dunno:

If it was I can't imagine she would have continued. Hoping it isn't something we have to obsess about.
