WOOF!!! Petra Kvitova was absolutely incredible today, a totally dominant performance from start to finish.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

Petra obviously put Genie back in the bottle.

Bouchard is way too full of herself. Some of her smarmy, early Williams sisters-like comments after the semi were very irritating. Getting humiliated is a bitch. And, not only did Daniela knock off Petra in their last meeting, Petra is one of Dani's BFF's. Wonder who she was rooting for today?
Good luck and good health to our gal as an Aviator. (How fitting is that team nickname, considering how many frequent flier miles Daniela racks up every year?) She should enjoy this experience.

I didn't realize how much I was rooting for Petra Kvitova until the second set. I have no issue with Brouchard but listening to Chrissie Evert go on about Brouchard like she goes on about the Williamses finally had me really rooting for Kvitova. Kvitova was awesome today. Evert needs to figure out there are a LOT of hard working tennis players especially from eastern Europe who play tournaments week after week with grace and finesse not just blind power. I do think we will see more of Brouchard.
