Deja vu all over again? Last year, Daniela, dealing with a foot injury, faced someone she had not seen before and someone known only to her relatives and close friends, ranked #114. We know the result. Tomorrow, Daniela, dealing with a foot injury, faces a player she has not seen, known only to close friends and relatives, ranked #128. History repeat!? Naaaah. Dani was way off form going into Melbourne in '11. This year's diffferent. She's clicking with Claudio and has some nice wins already. Maybe, just maybe, 2 weeks from now, we'll all be deleriously happy! Why not? Let's Go, Daniela! :P

Let's Go, Daniela!

she only had a few problems, and not a injury... think it will be no problem.

had 4 break points to 5-5, but lost the set 4-6.

Her return is weird sometimes, as she once played a backhand like a forehand and as she lost the set vice versa.

Announcers I'm watching just said Lepchenko was suffering from flu-like symptoms all day, which makes this all the more baffling.

Lepchenko keeps holding to love, 4-6 2-2 COMON DANIELA TURN IT AROUND.

These courts seem so much slower than Brisbane and Syndey...

Sublime shot to go 4-2 up comon Daniela must hold here! 5-2 that's more like it, break here now Daniela so you can serve first in the 3rd set.

It's all going wrong again... 4-6 6-4 0-2 comon daniela...YES breaks to love 1-2 comon Daniela hold, got to pray Daniela's fitness gets her through this match. I knew this was going to be tough, Lepchenko came through qualifying too easily which shows she loving these courts...
