Daniela to play on center court tomorrow NB 15, so if everything goes according to plan, she will be on eurosport from 13 CET.

It's about time , last time Eurosport showed her was at Indian Wells
i hope the mens matches won't be to long,or i will be in a very bad mood

but the live stream quality sucks, and I had to go to work at 2 pm. So I am very much counting on a quick men's match and eurosport to broadcast Danka.

She needs to get rid of this Portugese fool she calls a coach and get with someone who will get her into the game, so to speak, for one. I saw Stugart first hand and it is a disgrace she pays for such services whilst no services are rendered. By all other sports heads should roll, sorry; where does this animosity come from? I, for one, would not pay good money again to see such poor playing. The man does not deserve to make a living.

I don't know why I'm even dignifying that with an answer. Her coach has nothing to do with her loss in Stuttgart. She played brilliantly until she was broken. It was all mental. He is there to help her improve her ground strokes, serve, movement etc, and he is doing a great job. Once she hired her him, her results started improving. Not his fault she got injured.
I was in Stuttgart last year, saw both her and her coach up close, he is a very kind and sweet and funny man who made Daniela work hard but she still had a smile on her face.

Anyone who still think these tournaments and matches will help her game and confidence...I suggest you watch this match....it was THAT painful

Daniela should be ashamed of herself for today's performance, honestly. Anyone who couldn't watch the match can take a look at the statistic and you can understand what I mean. I am totally disappointed with her. I am afraid this will continue with Zurich tournament. After what I have seen today, I am not sure anymore about yesterday's result. That was because she played well or Franzi was too tired after 3 quali matches and one three-setter double match.

I read that ES was showing this match. Anyone care to write a review for those lucky souls that didn't watch?

Well, there is nothing much to talk about.

Daniela started first and lost to love. This went on until 4-0 with all UEs, bad footwork, wrong tactics (nothing new actually). Then she managed to win one game. After that, the party of UEs continued until the end of the match. She did play a bit better at the beginning of the second set but after failing to hold serve, she kind of gave up. That was clearly one-sided match of Vera.

It was just amazing shots. She was bombing aces down the court, running from side to side making sure she got the balls back in play and after some good defending, often turned those defense into winners.....Very solid from the baseline making few unforced errors. Very good tactically as well.

Of course I'm not talking about Danka.. :haha: she was the opposite:haha: :haha: :haha:
