Good win by the ladies. As far as doubles goes,I think Daniela should give serious consideration to forming a long-term partnership with someone like Caroline. She's a veteran now,and I'm sure some of these new promising talents on the WTA could benefit from her wisdom,much as she herself benefited from playing with the likes of Sanchez-Vicario and Sugiyama. |

Hopefully Daniela dplays well tomorrow because it will be a tough match. Getting a win in the doubles will give her some confidence and she'll have had the chance to get used to the court and conditions. We'll see what the weather's like because it was a little windy at times on Monday. |

Sharapova out! Pity that Daniela is not in Safarovas place... Safarova was to play Sharapova in 1R... By whom Sharapova will be replaced in draw? Kimiko Date Krumm replaced Maria  i have a question. we are now in Canada so will there any streams from the first rounds? Sharapova was replaced by Petrova indeed... I have already found it out afterwards, but the forum didnt worked again. Thx I will be watching the match. Hope Daniela will be playing some high level tennis... She will need it against Pennetta. |
