This is really sad, but we're all so proud of you Daniela, just pray that Venus has a bad service game.

Daniela did amazing, another day she would have won that match. That unlucky net chord Daniela hit on break point was so unlucky. I hope Daniela can hold her head high. There is so much left in her, this is such an encouraging performance. Next time Daniela next time..

This match will hurt for a bit, but looking back she'll see the positives. I really respect Darren Cahill. He said everything right.

Agh, Im sad she lost :(

But it was so close! She got her!

Definitely Her best performence of this season, I think!

Nevermind, Dani, you was so good! Couple of balls and it would have been other way.

Im satisfied with her performence and fighting! And it was in Miami!!!!!!

Keep this play and top10 this year is a must :)

This is absolutely gutting and it must be terrible for Daniela to have played so well and fought so hard and not win because she'd have beaten pretty much anyone else.

Daniela, you were magnificent and I'm so proud of you and I'm so sorry you didn't win.

God, I'm starting to tear up here

Daniela can take so much from this tournament, she could have taken so much more, but in a few days I'm sure she can feel good about what she's done in this tournament.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

 I just feel incredibly sad for Daniela right now. It's yet another match where she's played really well but just come up short, and like the Ivanovic match at the AO it is her own mistakes that have allowed the crucial break. My gloomy conclusion is there are only so many bodyblows her psyche can take.

I hope she can prove me wrong.

Im sad too. But hope Daniela will take the good from it!

It will hurt a while, but like I said....Top10 is more likely with playing like this!

Come on Dani! This year is still your comeback. I believe you :)

On a more positive note, the 3 points she played to hold at 2-1 in the third set from break point down had me jumping out of the chair-I can't remember the last time Daniela's play made me do that! :)

Even though she lost, it was fun to watch her match and I haven't been celebrating single points like i did today for a while :)

Finaly, I can say that Top 10 Daniela is back. It was a solid - unlucky match for Dani. She could have won this in 2 sets. What a pitty and what a big missed oportunity...

I am still very happy by the way she played. It seems that she is able to find the ways to be back. That;s pretty nice to have in mind.

Well done!
