Yeh same. Dulko has been playing well so it would be a good win. And at least it would keep her win-loss record over the past couple of weeks even (3-3 - assuming a loss against Jankovic).

It could be a while before Daniela gets onto court. The match between Rybarikova and Lepchenko is a marathon; Lepchenko taking the first set 7-6 [14-12] in 1 hour 19 minutes.

Daniela is through to round 2! After a tight first set, which she took 7-6 [9-7], she raced through the second, winning it 6-1, taking the match in straight sets in 1 hour 35 minutes. And to top it all off when serving for the match she held serve to love, which I don't think I have ever seen her do! So Daniela is into the R32 where she'll meet Jankovic.
Hopefully another win later today in the doubles, and a good showing against Jankovic in round 2 tomorrow or Wednesday.

great win against an in-form clay courter. She is really turning her season around. Dulko is totally her bitch

Hantuchova and Sugiyama are already a double-break up in the first set of the doubles, leading *3-0.

Really great day for Daniela.

Comfortable win against Dulko. Now against Jankovic will be tougher, but I think Daniela has good chances to make a surprise maybe.

I personally don't think there is a huge advantage of Daniela being seeded at this stage. She would be the 30, 31 or 32 seed, and that would probably mean a top-eight seed in the third round anyway. I would rather Daniela be unseeded and maybe get lucky and be put in the same section as one of the lower seeds, even if it means meeting a seed in round 2. I know there is the possiblity of Daniela drawing a top seed in the opening round if she is unseeded, but the chance is very low, and plus I would rather see Daniela have some good matches at Roland Garros than see her win two matches that she should win to reach the third round, only to be defeated comfortably be Dementieva, Safina, Kuznetsova or the like in the third round. I think being unseeded and maybe being in the same quarter as Serena would be very preferable right now.
