Daniela must keep this kind of play and hope that Azarenka starts to make even more UE because Azarenka's mind turns off sometimes.

Dani's stats are very nice today. 31 Winners 19 UE's. Much much better than Vika. If it wasn't for the damn sholder. Vika is playing the big points pretty well and now the rain.

I think I give the edge to Vika to come through with the roof on seeing as vika won moscow last year and daniela had a pretty average indoor season. Hopefully daniela can hold serve on the resumption and get it to 2-2 but rain and daniela don't really go well together:-S

One positive is that daniela will be able to treat any aches or pains during this break and get hopefully some good advice from liptak. Really entertaining match so far though. Daniela and vika love the dramas:-P

Stopping for rain at 30-30 is a bit of a pain because Daniela will need to come out and be on it straight away, because if she loses the first point it's break point and pressure is really on, but it does give Daniela some time to recharge, speak to her coach and get the trainer to patch her up.

As a side note, I'm quite pleased that there is a rain delay cause it's given me time to get home and catch the end of the match, but I can't say I'm looking forward to hearing Azarenka's shrieking which is only going to be amplified under the roof :/

azarenka broke, 3-1

Dani had a chance to have a BP but didn't take it and now it's 4-1 down, she must hold her serve now.

Great play from Daniela going behind Azarenka. 30-15 on her serve. Now 40-15 with a nice volley. The delay certainly didn't help Daniela but she's into her stride now.

She's just held. 2-4*.

she lost 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 but at least she didn't went down without a fight. Without a doubt that the rain F*cked up the game of Hantuchova

at least, she's going to rise on the rankings and lets hope that she gets a better draw at the USOpen
