1. I decided to give 18-20 hours of time for voting.
2. Vote only ONE player for each match.
3. Player with the highest vote advance through the next match.
4. If a tie occur, player with a higher seeding will advance.

ADDITION IN THE RULES:
5. Since this is the top 16, I, myself changed this to BEST OF 3 format. A player need to win at least 2 times (Winning two days straight or winning in first or second days and third days.) to advance.
