This is becoming a typical Andy Murray match. A match that he should be winning comfortably and here is is against someone well over 300 places lower than him in the rankings and hes 2 sets to 1 down. You would think that the years of supporting Daniela would make me used to these sort of scenario's but you can never get used to this. Hopefully this will be a 5 set win for Andy, cause it needs to be

Current score: 2-6 6-1 6-4 0-0

Well he came through it in the end winning 6-2 1-6 4-6 6-0 6-2. Never in a million years should this match of gone that far but to be fair Eysseric played brilliantly and is certainly someone for the future and someone the french fans im sure are looking forward to seeing progress

Next for Andy is Dominik Hrbaty or Jose Acasuso

I wish i was so confident. I thought he would have trouble with Eysseric after watching the first couple of games and Acasuso is a massive step up in oppo's. He's an argentine so you have to assume clay is his best surface. I expect another tough test for Andy

French Open 2nd Round: Andy Murray (GBR)(10) bt. Jose Acasuso (ARG) 6-4 6-0 6-4

Complete contrast to the match against Eysseric in the first round. I honestly thought that Andy would struggle here against a clay court specialist and he bossed the match from start to finish and thoroughly deserved his win. His next match will be another toughie against the spaniard Nicolas Almagro, the 19th seed.

Its nice to see Andy on form. I watched the first few games of his match against Acasuso and was playing really well. I notice he's goin to the net a lot and mixing it up. Great stuff. Well Done Andy

Murray was like a constipated werewolf trying to take a shit at the end. That spectator in the stripey jumper gave Murray the sort of look normally reserved for bellowing tramps.

It was quite an odd way to celebrate at the end of the match, it was just a 2nd round match and it was won conformably enough, maybe its because its the first time he's played a match at Roland Garros that hasnt gone to 5 sets
