Radwanska doesn't get a visum and can't play in Moscow , cause of this she can lose her place at the masters to Zvonareva.
Why am i not suprised it's in favor of a Russian

is this for certain?? I thought they were still trying to get it.

Also I read that Serena is out of Moscow.

As much as I hate these kind of problems and injuries, it is good for Daniela. It will leave some room for lower ranked players and maybe (God willing) she will get a first round vs a lower ranked player.

Its quite sad that Radwanska if that was the case, unable to play due to not getting a visa, but I wouldnt go as far as saying that its a conspiracy the get Zvonareva into the masters. But in this day and age where sports stars such as tennis players travel here there and everywhere, surely this should never of been a problem

Nicole Vaidisova lost again in the first round, another waste talent
she should never have fired Kodat , not that Felgate is a bad coach , but since he's gone, she's not training like a real Pro anymore
few weeks before he got fired ,he already said she isn't listening anymore , and im not only talking about tennis

Pennetta can give Daniela some tips on beating Venus next time they play doubles. Great win for Pennetta, third consecutive time she's beaten Venus.

I think Stepanek's a bad influence, we saw how he messed up Hingis.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

A read an article somewhere where Justine Henin's old coach (Carlos Rodriguez) was talking about Vaidisova and how she is so mentally weak. He said similar, that he thinks she is a good player but has wasted opportunities.

yeah, even in her good days she was mentally weak, i remember a match of her last season in zurich , she had won the first set with 6-1 , playing really great ,few bad shots and she had to fight for every point cause of her aggressive reactions on it. Smashing her racquet every time.

Most funny one was vs Kudryavtseva at the US Open , she hit a chair with her racquet as hard as she can while you saw Alex Kodat on the background watching her,he hardly react on it

I think what we forget about Vaidisova, is that she is still only 19 years old. But you'd be forgiven for not knowing that considering how long she has been around. Vaidisova done brilliantly in her early years on the tour, but you could argue that people at the top of the game didnt know a lot about her and in a similar way to how Daniela dipped in 2003 maybe Vaidisova is finding it hard to vary her game and isnt mentally tough enough to grind out victories against opponents who now know how to play her. She is certainly a good player, but she has many more years ahead of her yet.

I had forgotten how good some of the ralleys were in this match between Kim Clijsters and Venus Williams.

Those were the days when the WTA Tour had plenty of big characters (the Williams' sisters, Clijsters, Davenport, Mauresmo, Henin, Myskina) all at the top of their game. Now we have the Williams' sisters, the Serbs and a load of Russians who all have virtually the same game.
