Spain deserved to win as they were the much better team in the final and the most consistently good team throughout the tournament. Spain controlled the game, created a lot of chances and should have won by more than they did, but they neutralised Germany who hardly had any chances.

yeah i checked some live results in the night and with 3 minutes to go it was 1-2
