Arguably the most powerful, most entertaining and most watched league in the world is still a good 2 months away but the full fixtures lists were released today and the build up starts here. Tell us who your going to support, who you think is going to be there or there abouts at the top of the league fighting for the title, at the bottom of the league fighting off relegation and who will be fighting for the other prizes on offer such as the league cup, the fa cup and the european places. This is the English Premier League |

Are you sure it is the most watched league in the world?? Well I don't know a lot about soccer, I barely know the teams in our Serie A so most of the teams you listed are totally unknown to me... this is a good opportunity to start.... so I will ask you a few question about English Premier League because I'm curious Which teams are the favourites (in general, and for the next season)?? Which is your favourite team (a question especially for the british fans)? Which teams are from London??? I'm asking this because I tend to support teams from my fav cities (like Real Madrid) or hometown (Inter, Milan are from here in Milan) I love how each team has its unique nickname.... are they well accepted or are they offensive?? |

Are you sure it is the most watched league in the world?? Yep lol Which teams are the favourites (in general, and for the next season)?? Manchester United and Chelsea will always be the favourites for the title. Manchester United are always strong and are the reigning English and European Champions, were as Chelsea with their millions have already strengthened their squad, which was already very strong with Boswingwa and Deco as well as getting Scolari as their new coach. Outsiders for the title will be Arsenal and Liverpool which make up the so called 'big four' which are the four teams that are always at the top of the league getting the Champions League places Which is your favourite team (a question especially for the british fans)? My favourite team is Manchester United and has been since I was 6 Which teams are from London??? There are 5 teams in the Premier League that are from London. They are Arsenal, Chelsea, Fulham, Tottenham Hotspurs and West Ham United I love how each team has its unique nickname.... are they well accepted or are they offensive?? They are all well respected names, some more well known than others and as far as I know none are offensive in anyway and are generally the fans beloved names for the teams Scott |

thank you very much for all the answers.... it seems that london could start a league on its own.... Pretty much. If you count all the london sides in the top 4 english leagues (Premiership, Championship, League 1 and League 2) you have 13 teams in total; Premiership: Arsenal, Chelsea, Fulham, Tottenham Hotspurs, West Ham United Championship: Charlton Athletic, Crystal Palace, Queens Park Rangers League 1: Lleyton Orient, Millwall League 2: Barnet, Brentford, Dagenham and Redbridge A few years ago, the 5 premier league as well as Charlton and Crystal Palace were ALL in the premier league, making 7 london clubs in one league lol Scott |

The Bundesliga has higher attendances and more goals. True, when I say the most watched league in the world I mean in terms of television. But, it doesnt matter whether it is or isnt, its still a very entertaining league Scott |

I personally have had enough of Ronaldo's winging. Everyone else in football thought that Blatters comments of modern day slavery were stupid, the only person in the world to agree is Ronaldo. I hope we keep hold onto him just so we can teach him a lesson Scott |
