The semi-final is the best that Federer's played for a while, especially in the first set which was vintage Federer and once he got the break in the third he went on to win easily enough. In recent years Davenport as World no 2, Kuznetsova as US Open Champion, Myskina as French Open Champion and Jankovic as no 3 have played Bali. This year there isn't a top tenner in the field.
