Daniela is nearly back to her best, she had sets points against schiavone and jankovic but just couldn't convert. I really think that she will get there, it's just a question of when. Would be great if she could reach a final this year though as she's made a final every year since 2004.

I have a theory: that the reason Daniela is struggling at the moment is that when Henin announced her retirement a lot of the top players must have got really excited that the number 1 spot was open for grabs etc etc and would have given a lot of players a real incentive to work harder than ever.
