We've got to be positive. Daniela's only one break behind, she was in a worse position against Govortsova and Cornet isn't 100%. This match isn't over. |

Under the circumstances, this is a great win for Daniela. This is the sort of match she won so often in 2007, so to win a match like this will be a big boost to her confidence, especially as it's been a long time since she's won a three setter. We all know that Daniela's a fighter and someone that's... |

Phelps wins the Butterfly: http://img235.imageshack.us/img235/8396/opgm37117midal6.jpg Not even close. I loved Isanbayeva. One vault to warm up, second one to win and the last for the world record. Easy. http://img147.imagevenue.com/loc762/th_04014_yelenacelebutopia5_122_762lo.jpg http://img170.imag... |

I was expecting James Blake to be at the final roaring "Vamos Rafa", waving a Spanish flag and booing Gonzo considering how acrimonious his semi-final loss to Gonzo was, or rather how upset he was that he lost that point when he hit the ball straight at Gonzo, it went long but clipped Gonz... |

I still can't believe how Phelps won the butterfly. With anyone else it would be luck, but with him it's destiny. It's absolutely phenomenal what he's achieved. 8 gold medals in Beijing, 14 Olympic golds in total and I think he's coming back for more in London. Usain Bolt was incredible. To run that... |

Great win for Elena. You could see what it meant to her so it was really nice for her. A good tournament for Russian women. |

Govortsova crushed Kleybanova 6-0 6-2 so she'll be a tough opponent for Daniela. If Daniela plays like she did against Ai at the Olympics, certainly the way she played on the first day of the match, then she's got a great chance of winning. I think Daniela's level of play will determine what happens... |

Yan & Zheng are one of the best doubles teams and had home advantage, while Daniela & Husarova have only played together once since the last Olympics. They competed well in the second set. This would have been a good win and eased the disappointment of the singles. You just want her to play ... |

This is a big disappointment, especially considering how important the Olympics are to Daniela. Wozniacki was in good form having won in Stockholm and she'd been steadily going up the rankings this year, so this was always going to be a tough match and it was. A decisive factor was second serve as D... |

Daniela won, so that's great. Maybe she could have won more easily than she did but considering that she'd had very tough losses to Ai this year and has been out for so long, it's churlish to complain too much about a straight sets win. This is her best win since she beat Mirza in Indian Wells and s... |
