| It is really hard to see Daniela is killing herself with those UEs. Anytime she has a chance to break, she wastes it with an UE. | I am really disappointed with her performance so far. I feel like she is playing with her mind somewhere else, loads of UEs, DFs, bad movement. If she cannot correct those, I see no chance for her in this match. |

Finally it seems Daniela is in control; leads 5-1 in the third set. 
I really hope she can serve it out, it seems so much difficulties for her to hold serve. |

| Daniela will play Yung-Jan Chan in the quarter-finals, who beat number 9 seed Peng Shuai 6-1 7-5. I think this should be a comfortable match for Daniela, most likely straight sets, although going on the past few months in could turn into a three-set marathon. I imagine it was a load of unforced errors and missed returns by Daniela. Savchuk can't really hurt her.

| Daniela has won her second round match. In the second set, I am not sure if Daniela's level went down or her opponent raised hers up. Anyway, I like the way she broke back straight away and win the second set. |
