| Too much power from Stosur and not enough from Daniela. You can't expect to win a match with 0 aces to the other player's 8. It's frankly hard to remember Daniela winning too many easy points on her serve at all. |

It will be quiet cool if Serena and Maria (or Victoria) withdraw, giving Daniela a 1st round BYE. Let's see. Only Top 8 seeds have bye.
It will be nice to see her reaching a 3rd r or better here.

| I think that's the toughest thing about this loss. I think Daniela really felt that she coudl have made the final had she gotten past Venus. Daniela i'm sure wuld have got past Radwanska. And then Wickmayer/Bartoli would not have been impossible. But as Daniela says there's no point in thinking abo... |
