With Daniela at no.39 and Magda at no.51, if they both go on this way
( Dani losing early and Magda reaching semis ) it is very possible that
Magda will overcome Daniela at rankings in the near future and will
become Slovak no.2. |

But the match v Cornet is a completely different story as the French player is way superior to Makarova, plus the crowd will be on her side. | Congrats to Daniela for her victory, it was a heart-breaking match (especially the first set) ending good. I hope that this victory will take the stress away from her.
