SF: Söderling bt. Gonzalez 6:3 7:5 5:7 4:6 6:4 Federer bt. Del Potro 3:6 7:6(2) 2:6 6:1 6:4 Too bad Del Potro lost that match. He was the better player for at least 3 sets and would have really deserved that win. In the end Roger won another match he could have lost in straight sets. Final: Söderli...

Final:

Svetlana Kuznetsova - Dinara Safina 6:4 6:2

Great win by Kuzi. Really deserves that win. Safina wasn't able to play her best tennis and lost because of her nerves.

Congrats to Kuzi.

In order of that discussion about the french crowd, it was great to watch Marat Safin in his match against Ouanna. Safin was as usually. After bad points he was talking to himself and gesticulating. The crowd started booing and whistling nearly every single time. But Safin didn't care too much about...

One of the most tragic days during the last years for me personally. Seems to be a bit exaggerated, but it was just unpredictable. It was surely both, Söderling playing the match of his life and Nadal clearly wasn't at his best. Seems unblievable, as Rafa crushed Robin in Rome 6:1 6:0. Federer just ...

When talking about Sharapova you have to look at the performance and not only at the results. It is true, she is making a great comeback no doubt, but the performances at it self are not really good. Especially the last match against Shvedova was not on high level. It was really Shvedova loosing tha...

I think Daniela is the one who decides this match against Razzano.

What I saw so far from Daniela, she could really play on a very high level - also on clay - with a great variety. If she is able to do so, Razzano shouldn't be a problem.
If Daniela don't, it is just the other way round.

Honestly, I don't mind the fact that Daniela lost in a SF on clay. But it is just the way she did. After winning the second set, Daniela mustn't lose the thrid in such a way.

Just hope Daniela could improve her game and gets more consistent for RG.

That was really a close match. I'm so glad Daniela could close this match.

After the first set, I was quite relaxed a tought that this will be another comfortable win, but then the match changed completely. At the end I'm just happy.

Now into the final I hope.

BTW I watched the Eurosport repeat and Radwanska fell into pieces in that second set. Aga's tirade did no good at all. Yeah I saw the repeat too. Just missed the first four games, but that doesn't matter, as Daniela was 0:3 down. Radwanska was completely broken after the loss of the first set. Dani...

Seems that was a quite comfortable win today. Really like the draw now. Hope Daniela can benefit from that and take her chances.
