I wonder how fit Daniela is as she had her leg taped in her Madrid, which is something I can't ever remember her doing before, and her movement has been fairly moderate in Warsaw and Roland Garros. She has played a lot of tournaments lately so fatigue could be setting in a little. She did mention that she was tired after the Warsaw loss, which she very rarely does. She was also asked how much time she spends in the gym,and she replied "too much!". The press laughed, but Daniela's eyes weren't laughing. :|

Hsieh and Peng up next for Daniela and Ai (a team that beat them a few weeks ago). Although its nice to see Daniela progressing in doubles I think I'd prefer to see her training and working on her singles game. The grass court season has the potential to be a turning point for her this year, so its important that she does well in singles over that four-week period. Rather than continuing to play on the clay she should be doing what many of the other first week losers are doing; leaving Paris and going to practice on hard courts or grass courts. The likes of Sabine Lisicki and Anne Keothavong have done this and I'm sure their grass court results will reflect their efforts.

Dinara Safina certainly won't be leaving Roland Garros anytime soon. She's lost just four games in her first three matches. Great perfomances from the world number 1, and with the exit of Venus Williams earlier today, Dinara now has a very nice route through to the final.

Eddy, I found a file (948 Mb) available on this japonese site :

First, find on this page the relevant link.
The first part of the link allows you to download a Zip file, but you need to have FlashGet (freeware) installed on your computer.
The second part of the link is a torrent file.

For me, both are working, I'm currently downloading.

EDIT : Downloading completed, I've got the file ! It works well (English commentary).

I think all wins are good for the confidence. Anyway, the match tomorrow is a toss-up,so you may get your wish. :)

Well yes, its good that she is sticking to her commitment and hasn't decided to fake an injury to get out of doubles, but most players that are really serious and focused on their singles don't even play doubles in the first place.

If Daniela had beaten Razzano she would have played an out-of-sorts Medina Garrigues in round 2, Garbin in round 3, and Stosur in round 4! A very good route through to the quarter-finals, where she would have probably faced Jankovic or Wozniacki (two players she can be competitive against). Another great draw, in my oppinion, that Daniela has been unable to take advantage of.
