Apparently, Wickmayer had originally entered the doubles with Shazza but they weren't allowed to enter the doubles as neither had a high enough doubles ranking, so Daniela replaced Shazza as her doubles ranking was high enough to form a team with Wickmayer. http://www.welovetennis.fr/wta-stanford/25...
