Well, that was a bit disappointing, i hope she played better in her previous matches. She could have reached the SF if she wouldn't have been tired.
As for Toronto, Serena Williams won't lose to Danka, even if she's in bad form. I hope she can play well and make it a bit competitive. |

Great that she won that thight first set, but it's sad that it just seems to be impossible for her to hold that momentum. Hopefully she's able to pull out something similar to yesterday. Good luck. |

OMG!!! It's Alona for Danka! She won against Petrova, 62 63! Very impressive performance from her, considering she always wins in 3 sets. Now Danka vs. Alona is really a match, in which I can't decide which one I will support. I will be happy for the winner and sad for the loser. But I actually beli... |

Considering that amazing field, the draw is ok. Neither Petrova or Zvonareva have been in form lately, tough they both have excellent H2Hs vs. Daniela... Errani isn't the worst Match-Up for Danka, but she already lost to the Italian this year and Errani had a good week in Portoroz a few weeks ago. I... |

You can't compare Wimbledon 07 vs. Pavlyuchenkova and Wimbledon 09 vs. Robson. Danka was very confident then and had some great results in that year. Pavlyuchenkova struggled in 2007 even on ITF. Robson has the support of the crowd and won the junior event with 14 years. Danka has never played her b... |

Well, a bit disappointing. But I think I would have been really surprised to see her winning this one. Safina has gotten very strong mentally, and Daniela has always been a bit fragile. The way she goes out on the court just doesn't make me happy at all. I don't think Sharapova and Azarenka win that... |

I am not so thrilled with this draw to be honest. Same here. The whole match depends really on Razzano. If she has one of her good days, it will be very difficult for Danka. If she plays bad, Danka has the chance to advance. The draw is ok, but especially what I've seen from Warsaw doesn't make me ... |

What a disappointing peformance! I really wanted a Bondarenko-Hantuchova Final. But I'm happy at least for Alona and I don't think Danka would have had a big chance against her, even if she wouldn't have played that bad like today. It doens't matter if it's clay and if the court is slow. A Player li... |

Thats stupid how Zheng has now taken Radwanska's place in the draw. I don't know why they don't just put the number 9 seed in Radwanska's place, and then place a lucky loser in that players position in the draw. So Daniela will most likely play Zheng if she reaches the quarter-final stage, and to b... |

We shouldn't underestimate Ula Radwanska. She already won against Kuzzy (was in crap shape, but still, just try first to beat her in crappy form). I don't like the draw. Alona could have make a good result here, and now she has to play Wozniacki or Sharpie in QF... Zheng's Quarter is extremely weak ... |

They lost 6-4 1-6 6-4. That does really hurt. The effort was huge. Played till 22.00 just to lose it anyway. I'm glad to see Danka played well, but Slovakia lost 2-3 altough they were playing good. I feel very sorry for them. They are good enough to play World Group I. They're much better than Ukrai... |
